Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy").
An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.
If approved, then the refund will be processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

3. Return & Exchange
If any item received by you through our logistics partner happens to be defective, damaged or not up to your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery on email at email@example.com or +91-9967554001 (WhatsApp) with images of the defect/damage or a little detail about why the item did not meet your expectations. You will have to pay for returning the item through our logistic partner. Upon inspection if we, the Company, finds your complaint to be genuine, we will send you another item of the same specifications free of any charges or refund the amount paid by you, for the item.
